Rambo

Old Marine · Kate’s Pub regular

Randal Bowman, “Rambo,” sits hunched over a chipped mug at Kate’s Pub, gray-haired, in a faded olive field jacket. He fought in the same war that put Johnny in that Demo-Confederate prison.

Most folks write Rambo off. He remembers everything. Buy him a drink and he’ll tell you the real story, starting with the old tale of the five gods.

“Nah, there’s five gods. The Father and his four children.”— Rambo, Chapter 1
